白沙羅皇家朱蘭酒店 (Royale Chulan Damansara)

房間好，早餐豐盛，交通便利，旁邊就是地鐵站，離萬達廣場走路20分鐘，走幾分鐘又是另一個商城，吃飯購物都方便。性價比高

Have stayed here many times.Strategic location, convenient for finding food.My family and I like to stay here since long ago just for vacations.In the evening relax and swim in the pool. Car parking is easy and safe.A very comfortable, spacious hotel with various facilities. There is a water filter and wifi internet provided.For me everything is very comfortable and quiet. The room is spacious and worth your money.Very good service, friendly staff made me and my family love staying here. Thank you all.

這次入住體驗一般，房間裡缺少一次性用品，服務響應速度比較一般，希望酒店經理能夠加強標準化流程，提高服務速度

房間很大，位置好，距離MRT地鐵站2分鐘，距離Curve和IPC商場、IKEA步行5分鐘。 周邊購物、吃飯都非常方便。 泳池還不錯。 設備老舊，毛巾舊併發黃。 自助早餐種類一般，跟One World Hotel的早餐沒法比。當然，價格擺在那，沒什麼可抱怨的。 如果為了交通便利，這家酒店是個不錯的選擇！

每次出差首選，出行方便，周邊商場可購物，美食也很符合我們的口味，服務很好，環境舒適， 設施齊全，遇上聖誕氛圍滿滿，

Stayed with my friend at this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is very beautiful eventhough it looks a bit rundown from the outside. Love the amenities provided. The tv display was not so clear and there is a something smelly coming from the carpet when we got back to the hotel in the evening. The bed and pillow were not that comfortable. With the price n location, i can consider to revisit this hotel in the future. The location is just beside The Curve and Mutiara Damansara MRT station. The toilet is the best. Strong water pressure and good heater

A very bad experience for this stay. Choose this hotel as we stayed long time before and quite satisfied with the facilities and others. But this time was very disappointing. We were given a room with aircond problem. We feel warm and my child was sweating all the time. Hotel engineers visited and found no problem at first only the window is opened ask us to wait for a few hours first. The room was still warm at night. My baby can’t sleep and keep on sweating. At about 10pm there was an electric cut off. The current was back normal after 10 mins and cut off suddenly again and normal back a few mins again. We called and the engineer come again. He said there was another room guest cause the electric cut off. Just then the engineer also found the room was still warm and can’t found what’s wrong with the aircond. Then only he ask us to ask the front desk to change the room for us. Front desk said there was no king bed room for us anymore but we claim that we have baby and we need king size bed anyway. They said they had offer the baby cot to us(as we request when the time check in ). But the baby cot was shacky and old and it’s not suitable for baby sleeping inside. We wait for almost half an hour more then only we get the new room with lower floor. We can smell the smoking smell when the time we enter the room but at least the air cond is cool and comfortable. The desk was full of ants. 🤣We didn’t ask for housekeeping or changing room again as baby was super tired and need to sleep as it’s ald near to 12am. The next morning we went for breakfast. We had to find the seat by own but not serve by the waiter. There was an extra room with seat but the aircond was not on. The coffee house was crowded the food run out fast but it was not refill on time. The only things need to be praise is they allow us to check out a bit late as the baby sleeping.

雖然酒店比較舊了但整體還算是OK的，早餐選擇也很多，住宿價格也不貴🥰

因女兒參加吉隆坡的國際比賽，大會推薦的5星級酒店，但對此酒店有些失望。我原本訂大床房，但卻給了兩床房，說大床房已沒有；設施已經很陳舊，浴室去水有問題，等服員上來都30分鐘，只有位置是比較方便，旁邊有大商場、有食肆。

좋아요 만족하는 호텔입니다. 가성비가 좋아요. 조식도 가지수가 많고, 말레이시아답게 다양성이 좋네요. 침구류도 푹신하고 꽤만족합니다. 다만 5성급은 맞는거 같은데 낡은부분들이 분명히 있습니다. 하지만 방도크고, 깨끗해서 좋습니다.
